Jacob Degrrom is arguably the best pitcher in the MLB he ended his 2021 season with an insane 1.9 era with only 11 walks and 147 strikeouts. He would come 1st on the list but unfortinatly he will be missing a large amount of the 2022 season because of a stress reaction in his right scapula.
